Going to the podiatrist

so I won't be posting most of the day. I will be getting my ankle and bunion surgery sight looked at and then just hanging out, being a hoodlum at the mall. Oh, wait, no mall hoodlum, that was 20 years ago. I will be kicking back in Anchorage for the day, hitting up thrift stores and checking out the health food stores and generally (ahem) enjoying myself except for the foot check up part. OW! Hopefully though I will be closer than ever to getting out of this dang walking boot cast and into semi-regular shoes.
