I just went over to the web site you suggested because I've been in the market for a new roasting pan. Oh MY WORD, I couldn't believe how expensive stuff was on that site!!! The roasting pan that I would love to have was over SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS!!! And it was just a simple stainless steel 13 x 15 pan...no lid!!! What the heck?
