Birchtree Buche de Noel

Merry Christmas!





This years Buche de Noel is a nod to our new Waldorf Inspired Charter School, Birchtree. I simply made a pumpkin roll, frosted it with cream cheese frosting and painted on cinnamon 'bark'. The picture doesn't do it justice but I think it turned out beautiful.

  2. This reminds me - I still need to try that pumpkin roll of yours! I keep gearing myself up for it, and then chicken out by fraeking myself out that it'll be too thin and I'll tear it.
