The Penny Worthy Project

I've had a fun week this week, lots of crafting going on around here. My friend and I are selling at a few craft fairs, one tomorrow and one in 3 weeks. I have been sewing, felting and gluing like a mad woman. Also listing on ebay to get ready for the selling season and the post Christmas sales too. Let's see what else? Oh yes also realized without a menu plan I couldn't very well be that budget conscious so I worked that up this week too.  I completely missed last weeks post, my computer had a short in the cord plug in area. I took it to MacHaus in Wasilla and they fixed it right up. But because I took it on a Friday afternoon I didn't get it back until Monday. It worked out fine though because we spent the weekend finishing all kinds of little odd jobs. It felt really good to finally check them off the to-do list. 

The last Penny Worthy Post had some great link ups including the very dear to my heart post about fast talking your sister out of the best finds from Woman in Real Life. Who could ever be so cruel? The fabulous Van linked up about her cool new family member. Crunchy Dive spun a tale of woe and then ecstasy about thrifting, a great post must read about the one that got away. And finally a a wonderful post about Healthier Halloweens and how to have them, it really made me think! I really do read each post and I try to pin from every post, although lately that has not happened what with our chaotic life upset. I myself found some new shoes

and good grief I even waterproofed them. Am I really growing up or WHAT??

I found a lovely Longaberger cookie mold too. 

I also love this Starbucks mug, it still had the price tag on it--MINE!!

I found a bag of old Christmas tags and the like, I went through them, weeded out the ones I didn't like and I think we're set for about 5 years.
